FP-CR-15. Reusable Refrigerant cylinders
18.02.2016. The Russian manufacturer components of the cooling system "Frigopoint" has started serial production of reusable refrigerant for storage and transportation of refrigerants.
Development work and testing of new cylinders were conducted in 2015 in the laboratory, and the quality of products is confirmed by an independent certification laboratory (s).
Stated specifications cylinder (the information is applied to the handle of the container according to the TR CU 032/2013):
The operating pressure of 3.5 MPa
The pressure test of 4.7 MPa
The volume of a cylinder of 12.5 l
Weight of the empty container 8.95 kg
Weight of filled
refrigerant (for R22) 12,4 kg
A distinctive feature of the FP-CR cylinders in comparison with foreign analogues is full compliance with regulatory requirements, laws and acts of requirements to containers for storage and transport, including the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety equipment working under excessive pressure" (TR CU - 032 / 2013):
1) Components of each individual vessel Passport products with the conclusion of the service quality of the test results according to the specs of the vessel;
2) Components of each vessel safety valve;
3) Color-coded containers aluminum structure;
4) Application of technical information on the container handle (in accordance with Russian standards).
Reusable bottles are available to order from March 2016.
We remind that according to the government decree №228 from 03.24.2014 "On measures of state regulation of consumption and circulation of substances that deplete the ozone layer" from January 1, 2015 treatment of ozone-depleting substances (which include R-22) is allowed only in reusable containers ".
