Russian refrigeration components plant Frigopoint has prepared a new 2026 catalog of its refrigeration system components. The catalog includes a list of the plant's serial products, drawings, charts, instructions, certificates, 3D models, and selection tables. Instructions for using the new catalog (specifically, 3D models, instructions, and certificates) will be published.
In September 2025, Frigopoint launched the new FP-BV-118 ball valve. The new design remains a full-bore ball valve with a nominal bore diameter of DN25 and an operating pressure of PS45 bar, but has been optimized in terms of size and weight by over 200%. The nominal bore diameter of the ball valve, DN, remains unchanged at 25 mm.
Frigopoint began developing fan speed controllers in 2022, and today the product line fully covers the control of three-phase and single-phase asynchronous fans, as well as permanent magnet EC fans. Control methods range from external 0-10 V/4-20 mA control to liquid line temperature/pressure control.
In October 2025, Frigopoint began serial production of FP-BVa ball valves with a service port. The service port is stamped into the brass body of the ball valve. The service port spool is supplied with the ball valve in a separate zip-lock bag.

In July 2025, Frigopoint began serial production of FP-ERV15 pulse electronic control valves with a capacity of up to 53 kW (r134a). Testing of the new ERVs was carried out at the end of 2024 and the first half of 2025. More than 50 systems on FP-ERV15 were implemented.
In February, Frigopoint announced a new control module for FP-CPM speed controllers. This device is designed to create an autonomous condensation pressure control system. In which the control module acts as a controller, measuring the pressure, having a setpoint function and issuing a control signal according to a proportional algorithm to the actuator - the FP-FSR three-phase fan speed controller. The fan speed controller, in turn, issues a converted signal to the three-phase fan, and also has a discrete input for a fan failure (for example, a thermal contact) and a phase breakage control function. Also, in the speed controller, you can configure the functions of operation at minimum speed (upon reaching the threshold value) and the pickup function.
The Russian plant of refrigeration components Frigopoint changed the complete set of linear components and automation with instructions in 2025. Starting from 01/09/2025, only products subject to mandatory complete set of individual passports with quality control marks and serial number in accordance with TR CU 032/2013 "On the safety of equipment operating under excess pressure" are completed with paper documentation.
Russian refrigeration components plant Frigopoint launched a robotic complex for the production of cable assemblies in the summer of 2024. The complex allows the production of cable assemblies that are completely ready for soldering for FP-PT, FP-PTR pressure sensors, FP-CPR1, FP-ECPR2 speed controllers, FP-ERL5, FP-ELS2 level controllers. The complex replaces 3 stations for the production of cable assemblies and has increased the productivity of the production area by 600%. Monthly productivity of 70,000 pcs/month covers 100% of the need for cable assemblies in Frigopoint assembly plants.

Russian refrigeration components plant Frigopoint has started production of a new control module for speed controllers or EC. The FP-CPM control module is designed for installation on refrigeration units in order to maintain a set condensation pressure level in the system by supplying a 0-10 V control signal to the condenser fan speed controllers or EC fans. The device has a pressure measurement port; the output control voltage changes according to a proportional algorithm relative to the condensation pressure setpoint (adjusted by the screw on the top cover).
