Hello, in a unit for 5 compressors with a cooling capacity of 544 kW, it was decided to install conventional oil separators FP-OS-25.0-218 - 5 pcs for each compressor and parallelize two oil receivers FP-OR-25.0, but a question arose regarding diameters pipelines. We have a 3/8 ”tube coming out of the oil separators and entering the oil manifold, we are thinking of making it 3/4” and entering the receiver from the manifold 1/2”, but there are fears of making such diameters of the manifold and oil receiver inlets.
Electronic oil level regulator FP-ERL-4 (set) – 5 pcs.
Oil filter FP-OF-038 – 5 pcs.
Design parameters of the installation:
Boiling point - -10;
Condensation temperature - +45;
Overheating - +10;
Coolant - R507A.

We offer the following oil line configuration:
1. oil line "oil separator-oil collector":
oil separator tube 10mm - check valve 10mm - tube 12mm (as manifold) - rotalock FP-RV-012 12mm oil sump.
- the configuration of the tubes at the inlet to the two oil collectors is Y-shaped.
2. oil line "oil collector-compressor":
oil sump - rotalock FP-RV-012 16 mm - tube 16 mm - manifold (inlet 16 mm - 5 outlets 10 mm, body diameter 28 mm) - tube 10 mm - oil filter FP-OF-038 - tube 6 mm - level controller FP-ERL-4.
- the configuration of the tubes at the outlet of the two oil collectors is F-shaped;
- arrange the manifold in such a way that the distances from the manifold outlets to the oil level regulators are the same for all 5 compressors and are as short as possible.
PS do not forget to install differential check valves on the oil collectors, the difference is preferably from 3 bar, for example FP-DV-038-35
at the inlet to each oil level regulator you can install a shut-off element, for example FP-RV-014SAE
